Notes:

Since the underlying stamp is on hard white paper without gum, it is still identifiable as one of the original seven 1875 Special Printing stamps sold. The word “Specimen” can be seen under ultraviolet light.

PF 560259 (2019) It is a Scott O71S-D, but with Specimen overprint removed and perforations trimmed away at right
PSE 1355115 (2019) It is genuine, unused, no gum as issued, with a removed Specimen overprint and perforations trimmed off at the right
