Nov. 29" (ca. 1850) circular datestamp on buff envelope to Rockford, Illinois, Very Fine appearance and a most attractive use paying the over-300 miles rate, the recut frameline variety is scarce especially on cover -- ex Dr. Kapiloff, Saadi and Gross, with 1992 and 2021 P.F. certificates, the latter mentioning the recut frameline
